Beer & Book #1

Last night’s beer: Abita Abbey Ale.
Last night’s book: The Push Man and Other Stories by Yoshihiro Tatsumi

Notes: Abbey Ale has a spicy, spiky aroma, like Granny Smith apples roasted over a campfire. Sweet, tart taste, like a ripe apple, with a slightly overripe, almost sickly-sweet finish. Deep nutty brown coloring, with lots of fizz and a crisp head. A+
