Technical difficulties

Today, it was brought to my attention that, when clicking the button for ordering The Patter of Raindrops: The Wonderful Worlds of Hayao Miyazaki, PayPal instead brought up the Woody Allen zine for processing. I apologize. I’m an amateur HTML coder, and the issue was caused by my ineptitude. In any case, the PayPal buttons are fixed now. Order to your heart’s content!

…Which reminds me: it’s time for the semiannual pledge drive here at La Casa de Quiet Bubble. Please bear in mind my note from last September:

It doesn’t need to be a big one. Any amount will do. There’s a PayPal button to your [right]. If you’re scared of making financial transactions through the internet, you can email me at wbiggins2 at gmail dot com for a mailing address. If it weirds you out to be paying for a blog, and you’re worried that all of this terrific content will soon be hidden behind a pay wall—don’t be weirded, don’t be scared. It won’t happen.

Any donation over $5 entitles you to a copy of one of my two zines: Letters to Mr. Konigsberg (my collected essays on Woody Allen), and the aforementioned Patter of Raindrops. Just note which one you’d like in the PayPal comments box, when finalizing the donation.

Whether you donate or not, I appreciate your readership, your comments, and your advice. Thank you so much for supporting my presence on the internet.
